On ITravel2000.com for example, try Edmonton to Puerto Vallarta on those dates, and you'll see this:
And when you verify the price, it's still valid. Even though it's a WestJet flight, this price doesn't show up on WestJet's site.
And unlike the Cabo one, this one looks like it works for more than 1 person.
