There are some *very* cheap last minute all inclusive packages through Nolitours.

Try a Nov 26 departure to Mexico on www.Nolitours.com and you'll see that the Decameron Los Cocos is at $522/person after all taxes and fees. That's for flight, 7 nights, all food and drinks. The Royal Decameron is at $562.
