I would be very cautious with these Swoop (and Flair) promos. They announce all these routes, take peoples money, and then cancel a large portion of these flights if there isn't enough uptick in the route. I had a return flight from YEG to Kamloops cancelled based on low numbers, and it took 16 months to get my money refunded.
