It looks like US Airways and WestJet have dropped some of their September and October 2015 flights from Edmonton to Phoenix, Arizona (PHX) down to $261 CAD roundtrip including taxes. The flights are non-stop both ways.

How to find and book these flights
1. Explore the available dates using Google Flights, with a search like this:

(When you get to Google Flights, click on the departure date box to open the calendar view)
2. Select your flights and click through to AA.com (American Airlines website) for booking.
Note: The flights are actually operated by US Airways.

Or, if you have a look on Kayak, you may find it's also possible to purchase WestJet flights for $261 CAD roundtrip, or flights involving US Airways in one direction, and WestJet in the other direction.

Update 1 - Sep 16 @ 8:48 AM MST - US Airways has dropped their Edmonton - Phoenix flights for travel in September and mid October travel down to $231 CAD roundtrip including taxes!
To find and book these flights, start with a Google Flights search, like this one...

Click the departure date box to open up the calendar view.
Adjust your trip length in the bottom left.
Select your dates and flights, and then click through to the American Airlines website to book.
