For those that are willing to take the gamble, Flair Air has added a new route from Edmonton to Quebec City with introductory prices for $116 to $216 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The base fare without luggage (personal item only) is $116 CAD roundtrip.
The more realistic price is $216 roundtrip with a piece of carry-on luggage.
July and August flights are available. Vice-versa flights are available for a similar roundtrip price.
This is the first time there's ever been a great deal from Edmonton to Quebec City.
Booking with Flair comes with risk. They've been known to drop routes without warning. If a flight is cancelled or delayed they usually don't have an alternative way of getting you to your destination (many routes only have flights 2-3 times a week). This tends to become a larger risk during winter when weather can affect the operations of all airlines.
Update: September dates are still cheap.

Shame all the deals seem to be with Flair lately. I'm not willing to save $100 on fare just to end up with my flight cancelled and get stuck footing the bill for a hotel night I can't use.
Need to hope that WestJet feels the pressure to compete with better prices at some point. They had some nice prices in the past few weeks to Palm Springs, Vegas, Orlando, Halifax, and Mexico. Just received my $1000 compensation from WestJet for a 1 day delay during that WestJet network fiasco.
Agreed. These flights seem like great deals, but comes with the caveat that it mans flying with Flair. Having hard and read of the many horrible experiences people have gone through flying wt Flair has me passing up these so called ‘deals’. Being stuck with a cancelled, delayed etc. flight, coupled with dealing with possibly lost baggage, and trying to get adequate, responsive customer support (simply somone to respond) has me forgoing this.
