Edmonton to Vietnam, and back home from the Philippines - $627 to $731 CAD roundtrip including taxes

United Airlines and ANA are showing some very interesting prices on open-jaw flights, where you fly from Edmonton to Vietnam, and then back home from the Philippines (either Manila or Cebu) for just $731 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flight between Vietnam and the Philippines is not included. One way flights between these two countries are easy to find for around $150 CAD or less, with TigerAir or AirAsia.

Update 5/4 @ 11:47 AM MST - Amazingly, the flights from Edmonton to Vietnam and then from the Philippines to Edmonton have become even cheaper. They're now down to $627 CAD roundtrip including taxes.

Click on the departure date box to try other dates.
Below are some example date combinations to focus on.

NOTE: When you pick the *first* flight on Google Flights, always pick the $627 price (in black text) whenever available even if there's a cheaper option in green text.
For the second flight, it's always ok to pick the cheapest option.
In some cases, the first flight may only show two $617 prices (in green text). Pick the second one.
Google is always showing you the total price, roundtrip, along the way as you pick your flights.
