There's one last minute ticket showing on a Westjet charter flight to Cancun. It only look to be verifying when searching for one person, suggesting there's just one ticket available at the ridiculous price.
Try searching for a flight from Edmonton to Cancun, departing November 18 and returning December 2, over at http://www.thomascook.ca

The flight is operated by Westjet but it's a charter flight, which is why you can't find the same price on Westjet.com
If you receive an error message about the flight not being available, another YEG Deals follower has beaten you to it I'm afraid!
