Swoop has dropped the price of their off-season flights from Edmonton to Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico down to between $247 and $377 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways.
$247-$277 roundtrip is the base price, and includes *only* a personal item.
$347-$377 roundtrip is the more realistic price with a carry-on or checked bag included.
UPDATE - May and June are still cheap.

1. Go to the Swoop website
2. Search for flights from Edmonton (YEG) to Los Cabos (SJD) or Puerto Vallarta (PVR)
Los Cabos: Look for the flights that are $120 on the way there, and $128 on the way back.
Puerto Vallarta: Look for the flights that are $130 on the way there, and $147 on the way back.
