British Airways has dropped the price of their flights from Edmonton to Paris, France down to $286 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
I've been seeing incredibly low prices from Western Canada to various cities in Europe on British Airways all morning.
At first I thought they were an error, as they were only showing up on CheapOAir but I've started receiving reports from people that they have received their ticket numbers and can check their bookings on the British Airways website.
There hasn't been as many great price drops from Edmonton to Europe, but this one stood out.

How to find and book this deal
1. Go to the CheapOAir website
IMPORTANT: This is the CheapOAir.com website, which is in $USD. The $CAD version of the CheapOAir website (.ca) is no longer showing these.
2. Search for a flight from Vancouver to Paris, France (CDG) or Amsterdam, Netherlands (AMS) or try one of the other European cities listed below.
3. Try Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday dates in the months listed above.
You can also try the Google Flights strategy at the bottom of this blog post.
From Western Canada, I've also been seeing prices in the $500s and $600s CAD roundtrip to...
Dublin, Ireland (DUB)
London, UK (LHR)
Madrid, Spain (MAD)
Paris, France (CDG)
Rome, Italy (FCO)
Bucharest, Romania (OTP)
Vienna, Austria (VIE)
Sofia, Bulgaria (SOF)
Prague, Czech Republic (PRG)

I will update this post if I see any more unusually cheap ones to these cities from Edmonton.
Here's a tip to help find the dates that may be showing an unusually low price...
1. Go to Google Flights: (British Airways only)
2. Change the destination to one of the ones listed in this blog post.
3. Click on the departure date box to open the calendar view and browse for the cheapest dates you can find. They may be over $1000. That's ok.
4. Try those dates on CheapOAir
NOTE: For anyone finding that the CheapOAir (dot ca) website is extremely slow right now, try accessing it from a mobile device. The mobile site seems to still be fairly fast.
UPDATE: I haven't seen any on Cheapoair.ca for a while, but these may still be available on the Cheapoair (dot COM) website.
The CheapOAir.com website is in $USD.
I just saw Edmonton to Paris for $260 USD which would work out to $335 CAD.
^^ This was March 13 to March 20. But keep trying different dates, it's not over yet!
Multiply what you see on the .com website by 1.29
On CheapoAir.com (the $USD site) - you can also try using promo code AIR50 to bring down the price a little more
It's a little hard to find the spot where you enter the promo code.
It's on the payment page, under 'Price Details' (USD).
Click on 'Promo Code'

Sadly the cheapest fares I'm finding are not even close to those you've referenced, Chris; Icelandair is the cheapest for the dates you've selected in your screen shot (March 8 - 22), and are still $643.
I agree with Alastair, I'm not finding anything close to what you noted in the post.

It does seem that there are still some dates showing the referenced fares on their mobile site so definitely try that!

UPDATE: I am still seeing these on the Cheapoair.COM website (not .ca). The .COM website is in $USD.
Just saw Edmonton to Paris for $266 USD which would work out to $341 CAD. Mar 14 to Mar 21 were the dates I tried.
Edmonton to Paris on those dates (Mar 14 - 21) is now CAD 634. :(
Can't help but wonder: how come there are always only 2 tickets left on Cheapoair regardless of dates or destination?
Yes, keep in mind the dates I post will be what people try first, and the first to go.
This is just an example though, indicating these prices are likely available on many other dates.

Just used the cheapoair.com website and booked a trip to Amsterdam!
Apr 1 to Apr 12 -->809.78 CAD all in for 2 adult passengers.
that includes the additional 20.00 travel protection for each passenger.
I searched promo codes too and found a working code for 50.00off (us funds) code is "Air50"
Anyone having any luck with this? I was not able to find anything for these prices.

Just booked 16 days in France in November. Less than $900 Canadian for the two of us. Awesome!
I booked but it came out to 800 for 2. April 2 to April 15.
I got YEG to CDG for $275 CAD using Clickmytrip through momondo. Trip date is March 14 - 29. I had to book the tickets using two separate transactions

Worked for us. Booked a week long trip from YEG to Paris from Nov 23rd to 30th for $906 total incl taxes and fee for a party of 4. Had to play around with dates a bit and use the .com site as well as the SHARE40 promo code. Appreciate the tip.
Did this on cheapoair.com March 28-April13 round trip for three 804$ usd worked out to $1024 or 340ish each. Amazing
Booked Paris nov 6-13 for $240 USD on cheapoair.com and from April 30-may 13 for $475 CAD!

Unfortunately these are gone now. They were around until the morning of August 11th.
Going to Paris in November with a family of 4 for $1300 - what a deal. Still can't afford to stay at the RITZ.
